Motivated and Energized


Breakfast is Served!

Awesome Bulk Back and Bulk Shoulders workout completed. I begin week 4 of the Bulk Phase tomorrow.Now for my YUMMY post workout meal. I add whey protein to my shakeology after workouts.

During the work week, I drink Shakeology for lunch. It keeps me on track and saves $$$$$$. I get so busy some days I don't have time to eat..... and that is not good. Fast food is definately not an option. With Body Beast or any fitness program, fueling your body is the key. Just as overeating is unhealthy so is undereating. With Shakeology I stay on track. Love IT!!!!!!
