Body Beast Results Day 42


Well I have not reached the 1/2 way mark, but I am getting close. I have 2 more weeks left to complete the Bulk Phase and then move into the final 4 weeks of the Beast Phase.

So far, what I have noticed is: I need cardio! You can tell from my photos that their is a little more weight gain going on. Definately more than I prefer. I have cut my calories to 1700 per day and will be adding 2 days of Insanity Plyo, at least for the remainder of the Bulk Phase. The key is to evaluate your progress based on your body style and the results you are looking for.

I do see progress with muscle growth and once the fat is removed, I feel I will have great definition.

I am currently taking all of the supplements however, I am going light with the Creatine. I do not take it everyday, about twice per week is my average. I have to drink plenty of water on the days I drink the creatine.

I look forward to seeing my end results. I have been following the Lean Schedule, and once I complete my 90-days, I plan to go through another 90 days following the Beast Schedule.
